How can SYBECA Services help me?
We are here to help you from falling behind or feeling stressed out from administrative tasks or projects that ARE a priority but that you just can’t prioritize right now. Our OBMs, with the help of other Virtual Support Professionals (Independent Contractors), will help you to manage/maintain repetitive tasks, implement strategic & administrative solutions that fit your business, and automate certain processes to save you time and streamline your operations.
What does an Online Business Manager do and why do I need one?
An Online Business Manager (OBM), is a virtually-based support professional who manages online-based businesses, including the day-to-day management of projects, operations, team members and metrics. The role of the OBM boils to one simple thing: to free up the business owner so that you can focus your time and energy on the things that only YOU can do in your business.
An OBM focuses on “management” and is different from a A Virtual Assistant (VA), who usually focuses on the “doing”. A VA performs specific tasks within or independent of a project and may be recurring or just one time. Examples include sending out monthly correspondence to your clients or creating a workflow.

What are your rates?
Your business is unique and not like everyone else’s and so are our rates for you. We customize our packages based on your needs which we will discuss in our first 1-2 calls. Our OBM services are offered in retainer packages of 12, 20 and 30 hours per month. Starting rates are listed on our Services page.
How does the process work?
Really SYmply actually.
1. Request info or schedule a consultation call.
2. Together, we discuss what’s needed and which virtual service (VBM or VA) is the best fit (we can
always adjust).
3. We send a Proposal & Contract.
4. We gather all the details needed to begin work via our online form.
5. We send regular updates for ongoing tasks/projects.
5. Invoices are sent either once or twice a month.
6. Repeat step 4 as often as necessary to get you and your business on track.
Are materials, expenses and taxes included in your rates?
The cost of materials, third-party expenses, and taxes are not included in our rates. Any purchases which must be made in order to complete tasks, will be billed to the client. For tasks that require travel, mileage is billed to the client.
